COA Certification for Government

As global population shifts occur, there has been a demand that many of the functions of government become culturally agile in order to competently serve their constituents and to collaborate internationally. Building this cross-cultural capability is critical for many government professionals.

Using the Cultural Orientations Indicator® (COI) and our professional certification program, COA Certified Practitioners work with governmental organizations on a variety of issues, including diversity and inclusion, cross-cultural communication and collaboration, leadership of multicultural teams, and virtual cross-cultural teaming.
